Location good and the outside is nice, but the rest is just tired.

This was a one-night stay as part of a packaged deal thought a 3rd-party travel company. It was a great deal to bundle the hotel in the package and this one was on the list. The pictures provided by the hotel are nice. Make sure to look at the traveler's photos as well. When we pulled up to the hotel, it looks really nice. As though all the money for the refurbishment went to the outside. When you walk inside, it's clear that it's a Disney-focused hotel. It may even be a Good Neighbor hotel. Be aware though, Disney doesn't inspect these hotels and they are not of the same quality if you're expecting Disney. They just provide some Disney-centric services. We knew this and accepted it.
The lobby was clean enough, but you could tell right away it was an older hotel. It also looks like the interior was refurbished. It does look really nice, but there were some issues. The paint was bubbling in the bathroom, the tubs are old and stained. The room is damp (which isn't unheard of in Florida), and the AC was a very loud wall unit. There was hair on the floor.
The beds were fairly comfortable, but the pillows were tiny, like kid-sized tiny. A ton of pillows on the bed do not make up for 1 normal-sized pillow.
We had a view of the pool and it looked really nice. It seems to be one of the better features of the hotel.
Overall, it was fine for one night, but that's it. The damp rooms, loud AC, and the lack of a thorough cleaning, especially when pretty much everyone expects a higher standard of cleaning, is unacceptable. less
