While spending a night in Jonesboro I needed a hotel on a last minute deal. I have used the Best Western chain in other locations and always came away pleased with the experience. And having never stayed at this location I was expecting the same great quality. I was NOT disappointed! This hotel certainly maintains the standard the Best Western chain expects of its franchises, of professionalism and friendliness by the staff, the cleanliness of the lobby, breakfast area and guest rooms, and the attentiveness of the staff to any questions and needs you may have. The room I had was VERY CLEAN and was a king size suite with a separate sitting area that had a couch that unfolds into a bed. A large flat panel TV, a sizable desk area for your laptop, and a excellent wifi signal.
There is a small connecting hallway with a small sink, microwave, coffee maker and small fridge in it that leads into the bedroom area where the comfortable king size mattress awaits.
Once in the bedroom you will see a decent size bathroom off to one side and a closet area behind the bedroom door that contains a full size ironing board and iron. The bedroom also has a large flat panel TV with remote.
The bedroom door can also be closed and locked for those who want that extra bit of security besides locking the main door leading out to the hallway.
All rooms are entered from an inside, carpeted hallway.
The breakfast was about all you could expect with the food being served hot and fresh. Eggs, bacon, biscuits, sausage and gravy, potatoes, breakfast burrito fixins, cereals, both cold and hot, waffle maker, toaster, bread, pastries and bagels, along with whole milk, 2% milk and chocolate milk. There were also three kinds of juices with OJ, Apple, and Cranberry. There was also a bowl with fresh red apples near by.
This hotel also has a outdoor pool, and indoor workout room with a treadmill and other equipment and a business area near the front lobby for those needing a computer while traveling.
As I said at the beginning. I expect only the best from Best Western and the best is what I enjoyed from this visit. I plan on staying there again on my next over night trip to Jonesboro. less
