We began staying at BW Plus last summer, but this one did not come close to any of the others we’ve visited. Room 423 is terrible layout - little room to walk around king bed, with couch stuck behind a wall behind bed, where we couldn’t see TV or rest of room. No chair to sit to watch tv. Coffee pot had dust inside around hinge where I opened to pour water.
Breakfast: Leftover water pitcher & cake cover with crumbs from night before on counter. No water to drink. No bowl for oatmeal (in envelope packet). Burrito & sausage biscuit were cold with no way to heat up. Ran through toaster roller 3 times, but still not warm. Spent 40 minutes in breakfast area & no one came to restock or clean.
Housekeeping was very friendly & helpful.
Checkin: was friendly, but soft spoken - with mask & plastic partition, I had to ask him to repeat every time he spoke.
Checkout: no comment other than “put the key in the box.”
I completed survey sent by hotel & waited for response before posting negative review here. I got standard response: “Thanks for staying with us. We hope you’ll give us another try”. It appeared they either didn’t read review or didn’t care enough to address comments specifically. I won’t be stopping again at this BW & will think twice about any other one. less

Our guest reviews are very important to us, good or bad. We take the time to read each review and use the reviews as coaching opportunities for our staff. Due to covid we have had to change the way we operate as the rest of the world has. We try to make things as normal as possible. Unfortunately your experience was not the experience we strive to provide daily. We hope that you will give us another opportunity to show you the experience we want all of our guests to have while staying with us. We have larger suites available to rent, unfortunately the one you chose was our standard king room. Next time you are in the area please contact our property directly and we will be more than happy to accommodate you.
