My boyfriend and I stayed here for New Years'. At check-in, the room was very nice and the staff was helpful. On the second day, however, everything changed. On New Years' Eve, we decided to extend our stay. The woman at the front desk said sure, and she took our keys and re-coded them. The next day, someone (Antonio) opened the door to our room, even though there was a 'do not disturb' sign on the door. He said that we had not extended the room, and that we couldn't and had to leave. When asked about the employee who extended our room, he said he didn't know who she was, and that it didn't matter what she had told us. Our key still worked, but he also said that didn't matter, because the system that extended the room and the key card system were separate and that she might not have known that, as if we should have somehow have been awarethat this was the case. He did not apologize for kicking us out of our room or offer us another one. He took no responsibility for what last night's employee had done or said, he just kept repeating the same thing over and over. I never write negative reviews, but I just couldn't believe how badly we were treated at this hotel, especially since it had received such a high ranking here. less

On the behalf of my entire staff, I apologize for the trouble you had to go through. Upon checking all the details and checking with my staff members. I found out that there was a miscommunication, therefore the front desk was just trying to get on board with the information he had. That is no excuse for our property and it should have not been this way. Once again, I do want to apologize that it happened. Please give us another chance to make things right for you.
