Fell and injured my back on wet floor, didn’t even offer an incident report! No pool towels, worst sleep ever with noise

The hotel looks nice and the staff was VERY nice! However, they never had more than a couple pool towels out at once and there was a TON of water in the lobby floor when I took my kids to get cookies.... more
The hotel looks nice and the staff was VERY nice! However, they never had more than a couple pool towels out at once and there was a TON of water in the lobby floor when I took my kids to get cookies. The water had been there for quite some time and when I went to walk to the desk I fell, feet several feet in the air, knocking the sign over as I fell. Staff as well as other hotel guests witnessed this as I crashed to my tailbone:back. They did ask if I was ok but never offered an incident report or anything. 2 days later, I still can’t walk and in severe pain. Holes in the couch bed mattress and only offered a second sheet to cover it up. We were kept up all night by stomping and yelling and 3x in the middle of the night someone tried to open our door with their key at 3:30 am and we called to the office. Not a good visit at all less
