Thank you for your feedback regarding your three day stay with us. Several of your issues that were brought up are COVID-19 related as you noted. We are definitely trying to follow all the guidelines set in place by the CDC, OSHA, our County, and the entire hotel industry. We would love to fully open our breakfast room and offer everything as before, but as stated the entire industry has been forced to offer the items that we are now offering in our "grab-N-go" breakfast style bag. Everything has to come individually wrapped and be able to fit in the bag. Currently, we offer bottled water, fresh fruit, granola bar, yogurt, danish, and fruit bowl. Yes, you are correct about more garbage being produced, which we have increased our garbage pick up to everyday of the week and we empty all garbage receptacles daily. Believe us, we trying to do what is right and safe of all our guests and employees during this difficult time, while hoping that this pandemic ends sooner than later and hopefully a vaccine is available to those that want it so that everyone can get back to living a happier, normal life. Regarding the mention of the furniture in your room...Our property has nine different room types to offer...your room was a business king which is furnished with an oversized desk and a recliner/ottoman with a smaller round table. We do offer other rooms with different seating arrangements that would fit your needs. Since you were here for three days, we wish some of your issues were brought to our attention while your were here at/after check-in or on the first day of your stay, as we are very confident that all your comments could have been easily addressed and corrected to your liking, including the internet issue that you experienced with your devices.
