Stayed here for 2 nights in my travels to explore Rhodes.
1. The room
The furnishing seemed a bit old but very clean. I had a partial seaview room which overlooked the Town hall and the beautiful blue sea beyond. Housekeeping is very efficient in cleaning up the room every day so I come back to a neatly prepared room at the end of both days that I stayed there.
The hotel is walking distance to restaurants and mini markets. It is a mere 6 minutes walk to the Windmills Of Mandarki ( you should check out the view from there!) and also walking distance to the Old Town of Rhodes.
There is a Hop On Hop Off Bus Stop supposedly infront of the Town Hall but it is unmarked and I've seen only the Red Bus stop there. If you get tickets for the Yellow Bus, it does not stop here at all - best to wait at the next stop which is about 10 minutes walk away; infront of Aktaiou cafe.
I enjoyed breakfast very much here! They had a good selection of cold meats, pastries, juice, coffee, tea etc. They've even got this Greek Coffee Making thing at the buffet counter if you're up to trying Greek coffee, with clear instructions how to make it.
All in all, if you're just here for a short stay, it is a pleasant functional hotel. less
