We stayed for 5 nights from 24th February, we booked direct with the hotel for a double standard room. We arrived late evening, check-in was quick, we were allocated room 511 on the 5th floor. The room was ok in size as was the bathroom, but the toilet was seperate and was located in a room the size of a closet! If you require to keep the toilet door closed then prepare to get claustrophobia. There is very limited storage space but as only there for a few days it wasn't too much of an issue, there is a fridge in the room (a mini bar) but found there was room for some juice and water. We were unable to control the heat in the room, we had to leave the large window open as no matter how low you had the thermostat it did not blow in any cool air. Breakfast was included in our rate, we emailed the hotel before to ask if they had gluten free bread, the reply was they had 'gluten free items'. They did not have any bread, luckily I took my own, the 'gluten free items' extended to fruit, salad and boiled eggs. We found the service in the hotel very lacking, not sure if this is the french culture, but even walking back into the hotel in the evenings, you have to walk past reception for the elevators, the staff would never even acknowledge you. The location of the hotel is really good, we used the bus from the airport which was 6 euros each and it dropped us right around the corner, the pick up back to the airport was only a minutes walk away also. It is is in very easy walking distance to all the main attractions and a 10 minute walk to the train station. For the price we paid for the hotel it served its purpose but it was by no means anything special nor did it's service imply anything but average. less
