The Best Western was located near the theme parks we wanted to visit with our grandchildren. It has a nice pool (water was cold) and hot tub. We thought the guest room was crowded with furniture including a desk and chair that we didn't need, but the room was clean. The beds had horrible mattresses. Up on the sides and my husband and I rolling to the middle that was sunk-in. That was truly the only problem we had with our room. The hotel was very full and we were unfortunately near people who came at 11 p.m. both nights yelling, laughing, talking loudlyand waking us up. We get up early and had lights out at 10:15 p.m. after a long day. This is not the hotel's fault. The blame is on adults and their kids feeling like it's okay to make as much noise as you want in the hallways. My family has always been told-no talking, laughing, etc. in the hallways ever! You can talk once you're in the elevator or in another area of the hotel, but not where others may be sleeping. You never know the circumstances of others. We've had to stay in a hotel for funerals, family sickness, etc. and after you've been up all night tending to others and go to your room to rest, that's all you want to do is have some quiet, undisturbed rest. We were fortunate that after they woke us up, they went into their rooms and didn't disturb us anymore that night. We cannot fault the hotel for other people's bad behavior. less
