Agent at check in more focused on what his teammate was doing, did not hand me my room key just set it on the counter and I had to ask if it was mine, didn't bother to tell me where my room was until I asked and then seemed inconvenienced. Bathroom door rusty, vanity mirror falling off, carpets dirty, sofa had stains, ceiling texture falling off over desk. less
