Mediocre, poor opinion of guests

I felt as if I was inconsequential, addressed and listened to for as short a period necessary. The restaurant next door was delicious, but the"free breakfast" in the lobby was served from 6:00 to 9:30 AM, I arrived at 9:15 and was the only person there. No problem, but there was an employee standing over me, and the owner was standing in the kitchen giving him instruction. The food began to be put away at 9:20, the floor was mopped around me at 9:30, with a strong smelling antiseptic. All the while, the young man working there was telling me over and over to take my time.
When I told the owner (at the front desk at checkout) my concerns, she said that the young man had to do things timely because he has college classes. She did not seem to care about my concerns, but about what was more convenient for the management.
In the room, the "sanitary" , remote control had spots of crud stuck to the back of it. I picked them off with my fingernail. The tub had dirt stuck to the outside of it. I thought it was stained, but was able to wipe it off with a wet wash cloth. I didn't clean the whole thing. Ick!
Cost for one night was $105, more than I would spend again for shoddy cleanliness and customer service like this.
The ergonomic chair in the room had a large white stain on the seat.
I won't stay here again. I told the owner that, and she thanked me for staying. What?? less
