When I checked-in they asked me to leave a 100 USD deposit to cover damages to the room or smoking inside, I was told my credit card was going to be reimbursed in 3-4 business days. Therefore, I though of leaving the 100 USD cash but then I was told that they would not give me my money back if I checked out before 11:00 A.M. as I had to do things early morning and then continue my trip I had no other choice but to use my credit card. I told the lady in the from desk that no other BW hotel requires this type of deposit, she rudely responded that all BW hotel require the same deposit, she is wrong, I am a frequent BW hotel user and no other hotel has requested this type of deposit. I will never stay in this hotel again, I hope they reimburse my deposit, else I will have to dispute the transaction. BW you should take care what type of hotels you certify, this one certainly does not deserve to be part of the chain. less

Our management will look into this if there is any possible solution. Hotel staff received additional training for guest relations and hospitality.
