We stayed for 5 nights recently and greatly appreciated the staff, especially Rhonda, for her willingness to find a solution to a noisy box spring issue. We easily moved rooms and enjoyed our stay! The breakfast was delicious, especially the cinnamon rolls, and although the self-serve area is small, if everyone has patience there are plenty of options for all. Adults, kids, no one will leave this breakfast hungry.
The hot tub is large and hot, unlike some places where lukewarm passes for a hot tub. Only issue was the circuit breaker would trigger and a couple of evenings it wasn’t hot.
The room service staff was very friendly in the hallways, in fact all of the staff were quick to say hello and were warm/welcoming. One day room service was missed and we got back too late to have the room serviced but they quickly brought up clean towels and other items needed when called.
