Even by Covid-19 standards, the breakfast here is horrible. The worst of any hotel I've seen so far (and I've stayed at a lot of recently!). Even worse, the manager of this location is borderline unstable. I reported that my fridge was so cold it had frozen all my food and expected a simple apology and a maintenance person, and instead the manager went nuts and started yelling at me! It was bizarre. I was totally taken aback. Anyways, she's a little unstable. But the hotel itself is okay - nothing special but good location.

Thank you Brain for taking the time to leave us your review. I do apologize that you encountered an incident like this during your time with us. I have addressed this with my office manager when she came to me with it. She had a very different narrative. I understand your frustration but I understand her's as well. It is very unfortunate that this happened and I do wish that it had went in a different direction. I honestly can not say who was in the right or wrong here because I was not present. I can say that Loni is one of my star employees and out of the 3 years she has been with us, I can count on less than one hand where there has been any negative. I do know that during these uncertain and ever so quickly changing times tensions and stresses are running much higher. And we need to try now more than ever to be kind towards one another. I am sorry this situation was not handled differently and that it escalated so quickly when didn't need be. I know too that she was taken back by this incident, because she had felt like you were one of the nicer guests during your stay and that she felt very helpful towards you when your extended your stay a cpl of times by booking through a 3rd party and had booked different rooms type. She had moved things around in order to accommodate you staying in your same room. So I am not sure what happened that morning that made things escalate the way they did. I do hope that aside from this incident that you enjoyed your time here in Moab. Please stay safe and healthy.
