From the photo posted of their hotel, you would expect this to be a relatively nice facility. We were sorely disappointed. To begin with, the front desk clerk referenced the fact that I had booked through a third-party at least twice while checking me in and then proceeded to give us a room on the far backside of the property. When we entered from that area, the hallways reeked of cigarette smoke and were dark and dingy. Our room, which was supposed to be two queens,was small and not as advertised. we could barely fit our small suitcases in the room, and had to continuously walk over each other to get somewhere. The property is dated, and just smells stuffy and unclean. Especially in light of the COVID-19 situation, I would have expected better. Finally, the next morning when we went downstairs to check out the breakfast, the waitress was incredibly rude, grabbing the menus from me and dunking them in a cleaning solution before I could even figure out what was on the menu. She did not speak to me, only glared. Honestly, I would not recommend this hotel and would suggest patrons look elsewhere for lodging. less

Please note that our hotel is a non-smoking property, but unfortunately, not all guests abide by the policy. Our housekeeping and restaurant staff receive many accolades. We have been implementing additional procedures during this time of COVID-19 to insure guest and staff safety. In addition, our rooms are in the process of being renovated.
