Dealing with a messy management and old hotel during New Year

It is a shame to write this review. This hotel was one of the top options in Morelia 15 years ago, but not anymore. Rooms are "renovated" but the rest of the place needs and urgent transformation. Old carpets, bathrooms and furniture characterizes this BW, with only 2 elevators for the whole hotel, which makes it pretty inconvenience for all the guests.
Management is a mess. During New Year's Eve the parking lot was full with cars from people having dinner at the hotel, leaving aside the hotel's guests. This is a disrespectful attitude towards customers... one hour waiting time at night with no clear answers from the management in order to park our cars!!! And it seems that the problems regarding the parking lot are recurrent, as we had a similar incident the previous night (without highlight the fact that the best spots in the parking lot were used by employees!!!!). No serious apologies were given to us despite we have booked 3 rooms.
Restaurant and all the services are messy too. It seems that the management does not care about the hotel or its clients.
Bathrooms are old, with no hot water (warmish at the best).
It's a shame Best Western, this hotel is a disaster!!! Not even a 2-star venue!

I had a meeting with the security staff, front desk and valet parking to let them know that our guests should give them alternatives and offer them a solution at the moment.
With regard to furniture, we are in the process of improvement and we are changing the carpets, furniture and bathroom accessories.
