Was charged just under $1000 for damage this hotel claimed I did to their bathroom. I didn't do it FYI, but guilt aside, no call from management, no email, no explanation of the charge. Just bill and hide. Be no different from a restaurant adding $1000 to your bill shortly after you left without any explanation. Completely unprofessional, and five days later, still refuse to contact. Be advised about this place. When you give your credit card for incidentals, they can charge you whatever and be under no obligation to give you any reason as to why.
The ladies at the front desk were all very professional, but their masks didn't seem to fit around their faces, and even the manager I've been battling with was not wearing his behind the front desk. It was clean and comfortable stay, but for a hotel so indifferent to customer service when it comes to money, communication and medical advice to cover up in public, I'd stay clear. less
