Hello Milliwright, Thank you for submitting a review. I am sorry to learn that you had a less than stellar experience staying with us. I apologize for any miscommunications.... That being said I would like to point out that information about our current breakfast service is given out upon check in. Our clerks advise our guests along with giving them an information sheet that explains breakfast hours, WIFI-password, locations of ice and vending machines etc. We also have multiple signs posted at the front desk and on the doors leading into our breakfast room stating that it has been closed due to the pandemic and by authority of tri-county health. I am not sure what else we could have done to communicate this to you. Check out is at 11am, our clerk was knocking on the door to see if the room was still occupied at 11:17am so we can get the room cleaned, sanitized and ready for the next occupant. With Covid, sanitizing of rooms takes a lot longer so we have to get in there as soon as we can to have the room ready (guaranteed by 3pm) for the next person.
