I stayed here for several nights in December 2018 and gave 4 stars. I stayed here for 7 nights in July 2019 and I’m taking away one star. In my Dec 2018 review I noted trouble getting a comfortable room temperature and it was even more uncomfortable this time - a/c set at 60 and room never cooled off. The breakfast buffet was the same every day, no change (e.g., always sausage patties never bacon). Housekeeping was inconsistent - some day’s shampoo & conditioner were refreshed and other days not. I no longer recommend this place. less

Thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear you were disappointed with your experience. I know the week you were here it was over 95 degrees outside and so I can understand why you would be frustrated that the A/C couldn't cool the room to 60 degrees. The Ptac's we have are only a couple of years old and are the exact same as you would find in any hotel. The catch is that if they run non-stop, eventually they will accumulate Ice on the condenser coil and in effect stop cooling. I am betting this was the case with your stay.
Our Breakfast Buffet offers Breads, Cereal, Oatmeal, build your own burrito option with Scrambled eggs, breakfast potatoes, sausage, cheese, salsa, green chile, biscuits and gravy a new pancake bar, yogurt bar, and fresh sliced fruit to include cantelope, honey dew, pineapple and banana's. While it is the same each day, I would like to point out we offer almost twice as many choices than any other hotel in the Aurora area, and we usually get lots of great compliments about all of the choices and quality of food we offer.
Lastly, I checked and it appears there were days during your stay you had a privacy sign on your door, so I believe this is why you may have not had service for part of your stay. I am very proud to say that our clean team has been together at this location for several years. Our Housekeeping supervisors have all been here over 15 years and the rest of the staff approx 6-7 years. They do an amazing job and are very detailed.
