Hello Janell, Thank you for letting us know about your stay. I am glad to hear you had a good experience and I will be sure to share your comments with Richard. That is an interesting idea about the luggage carts. It is frustrating for us to say the least..... even though their are labels on them asking folks to return them to the lobby when they are done using them, they sometimes still keep them in their room over night. We usually end up spending hours reviewing video footage to try and figure out where they were taken to, so I completely understand your frustration. July is the busiest month for travel and the Denver metro area is becoming a highly sought after destination, so hotel rates, rental cars etc. tend to be the most expensive this time of year. We have 16 new hotels under construction right now, with 38 more planned to try and keep up with all the folks visiting or moving here. Hello David, Thank you for your review. I am sorry to learn you were disappointed with your stay. My guess is that the fire alarm needed a new battery. I can understand how you'd be disappointed and having to move rooms. The beds are only 3 years old, but perhaps the bed frame was squeaking? We have had that happen from time to time. It probably needs to be adjusted and tightened down. I am not aware of any staining on any linens, but I will follow up with our clean team and laundry to make sure all of our linens are in excellent condition. This is our busiest month of the year in one fo the busiest cities in the US for travel, so yes hotel rates are much higher then in the "off season". I can't argue with you there. That being said if you check around I am confident you'd find that our rates are actually less expensive then most of the hotel's in the Denver Metro area. Hello David, Thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear you were disappointed with your experience. I know the week you were here it was over 95 degrees outside and so I can understand why you would be frustrated that the A/C couldn't cool the room to 60 degrees. The Ptac's we have are only a couple of years old and are the exact same as you would find in any hotel. The catch is that if they run non-stop, eventually they will accumulate Ice on the condenser coil and in effect stop cooling. I am betting this was the case with your stay. Our Breakfast Buffet offers Breads, Cereal, Oatmeal, build your own burrito option with Scrambled eggs, breakfast potatoes, sausage, cheese, salsa, green chile, biscuits and gravy a new pancake bar, yogurt bar, and fresh sliced fruit to include cantelope, honey dew, pineapple and banana's. While it is the same each day, I would like to point out we offer almost twice as many choices than any other hotel in the Aurora area, and we usually get lots of great compliments about all of the choices and quality of food we offer. Lastly, I checked and it appears there were days during your stay you had a privacy sign on your door, so I believe this is why you may have not had service for part of your stay. I am very proud to say that our clean team has been together at this location for several years. Our Housekeeping supervisors have all been here over 15 years and the rest of the staff approx 6-7 years. They do an amazing job and are very detailed. I do not know what else we could have done to make your stay more enjoyable? I am sorry you were disappointed and if I can be of any assistance please feel free to contact me directly. Take care.
