After more than a year of COVID-induced departure from normal operations, this property is slowly beginning to return to a more normal routine. But still lacking in a number of ways.
It was almost 10 months before they figured out how to provide some breakfast items other than "Grab n Go" bags. Bath towels have been reduced from three to two upon check in, closets have only three or four hangers, and room service only happens, maybe, every three days, even when you hang the "Make Up Room" tag on the door. Yet with all these reductions in service, there has been no change in the price of rooms.
I've been staying at this location a number of times per year since 2013. Things used to be much better in the past. less
