The hotel cancelled our booking by mistakingly without an apology, then when I asked a simple question about charges on my credit card the clerk at the desk ranted & yelled about banks & credit cards & preauthorized payments in the most patronizing disrespectful tone, all in front of our 8 year old. When I came back again without our son, he turned to his colleague & said “all your’s”. All I did was ask about our bill. It was unbelievable. I have travelled all over the world & never been treated like this. Clean sheets don’t make up for an experience like that. less
