The management of the Best Western Plus Fergus hotel was distressed to read your review and would like to thank you for taking the time to leave such candid feedback. Your feedback on the cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms is important to us. The true measure of an accommodation is during its busiest period, and it looks like we need to improve. We had attempted to clean your room and since the Do not Disturb sign was at the door, we were not able to do so. We would hope that the many positive reviews posted on TripAdvisor would be a testament to our commitment to providing excellent service and we do regret that you felt that this was not our priority during your stay. We would like to assure any future guests that, although we are a business, we do realize that the key to us being a successful business is through providing each of our guests with a wonderful stay. We truly hope that you will return again in the future so that we can provide you with the wonderful service that we pride ourselves on and you should have received on your first stay.
