As a traveler who stays in hotels for approximately 80-100 nights a year for work, I found this hotel to be average at best. I am a Best Western Rewards member. I was concerned when coming to this area because, frankly, there is not a lot to choose from in the Saint Mary's area. I arrived to find that the hotel's outward appearance was nothing fancy. I typically do not seek out Best Western properties because their app is difficult to use and I haven't found their properties to be on par with some other hotel chains. This one did not change that perception. It was apparent from the trucks in the parking lot that this hotel was filled up with mostly gas/pipeline workers. I entered the lobby to find that these individuals had tracked mud all through the lobby despite the computer made signs on the doors to not wear muddy boots in the hotel. I approached the front desk to check in and the interaction was all business. No recognition as a rewards member at all. I found the room clean yet unspectacular. There was one spot on the floor where there was a significant hole in the floor under the carpet. I could feel it when walking over it. In addition, the shower seemed to be one of those where they set a new shower stall over an existing one. As I stood in the shower, i could feel the shower floor moving beneath me as if there were two floors and one was broken. Would I go back here? you pretty much have to because there isn't much else to choose from. That's the only endorsement I can give it, to be honest. There is no incentive, apparently to being a Best Western Rewards member and the hotel itself is nondescript unfortunately. less

Our hotel caters to all different kinds of guests from the working crews, business men, families and seniors. We try and treat all of our guests the same. Our employees work hard to provide the quality of service that you deserve. We receive lots of reviews of how friendly our employees are and how clean the property is.
