I stayed at the Elmoraz from November 26, 2019 through December 1, 2019 . I broke the TV the hotel management wanted to charge me $2,000 US dollars for a TV that was only $250. On top of that my charges for food and drinks and this included use of the spa4 days total $355. For my last night there which was for food and drinks was $244. This was outrageous to me as for 1 night could night compare to the past 4. Not only that the front desk would not give me a receipt for me to review these charges.
They try to present an American menu but not one item i ordered was ever available even though it is on the menu. It was so bad the servers had to bring the chef up to see if he could make me something. The servers and the chef is the only reason I will give this place 2 stars they were accommodating and kind. The security staff swarms you almost every day looking for tips. They are will even say to you my family is hungry what do have to give to me. When you order room service the food would take well over an hour to get to the room. I will never go back to this hotel again and would not recommend it to anyone wishing to stay in Asaba less

Hope you are well.Thank you for chdoosing to stay at Best Western Plus Elomaz hotel. With regards to your bill, as at the time we wanted to print it for you, our printer was giving us problems. Your brother in law said you needed to go to the airport but that he will collect it later during the day, which he did. You can check all your charges with him as he has your bill and all your receipts. It is very unfortunate that you mention we wanted to charge you $2,000 for the TV. You broke our 55inch LG TV in your room during your altercation and we told you that the price to replace it is $1,000 at the LG retailer. We also gave you the option of going to buy it personally and bringing it to us that same day as the room was already booked by another guest. Having said that, we still allowed you to check out in order to not miss your flight without any replacement TV or money, but arranged with your family to bring the replacement Tv later.
We also try to cater for a variety of guest, hence we have a chinese, continental and african menu. I sincerely aplogize if the items you requested was not available. I will look into this matter with the kitchen to prevent this matter from occurring again. The behavior of the securities are definitely completely unacceptable. I will definitely deal with the matter accordingly.
