hotel in disrepair. water stains on ceiling, paint peeling in shower area, bathroom too small to move in, no shampoo refills, no microwave as promised, fridge too small to use, water pipes making noise all night long making sleep difficult, no pool, no restaurant, nothing within walking distance, parking spaces unplowed and difficult to park in with the mound of snow and ice. overall poor quality hotel. was charged $180 a night for something that should be no more than $100. Very shameful on their part. They had a lot of promises of a nice hotel but clearly are not able to deliver. less

I am sorry that your stay at our property did not live up to your expectations. As a Best Western hotel, we have a Service Promise to uphold to all of our customers, and it states, "If something is not meeting your expectation, please let us know. We want to make it right." As for the rates, they fluctuate based upon demand and availability. If there are large events in the area, and there are not many rooms left, the prices to go up. As you were part of a team, you did get a team rate, which was at a discount, because the prices of our rooms outside of the team were over 250 per night on that weekend. We also have a preventative maintenance plan that our maintenance team goes over and completes a complete check and repair of each room 4 times a year. If you felt that something in your room was not up to standard, please let us know while you are at the hotel, and we will try to fix and issues, or find a better room for you for the duration of your stay.
