Dishonesty, lack of any professionalism and competence. Avoid.

I am sorry to hear that you felt that way about our hotel, but you have to know that our Front Desk Agents are not in charge of setting the rates for the rooms. The rates can change at any time, and if you do not book the room at the rate you are quoted, it might not be the same rate when you get to the hotel. It is the same with airlines, if you go online and see a rate of 400 dollars for a flight to Cuba, you don't hop into a taxi and go to the airport and get mad when you are quoted a different rate upon arrival.

We are actually in plans right now for a new round of renovations. We also had our carpets professionally cleaned a few months ago. I hope that you come back and give our hotel another chance in the future after we have been through the new improvement so that you can see how much we have changed.

HORRID (HORROR STORY)

From the arrogant staff, to the TOENAILS all over my room, I got electrocuted by a lightswitch with no cover on it, flooding toilet and leaking bath, heat that would not turn off. WORST STAY EVER!!!!!... more
