Avoid this hotel. Great staff but, cheap ownership. Shows with everything broken. Had to be switched 3x due to things not working. First room no working A/C and TV remote. Second room computer chair, internet issues and THE TV AGAIN, this time sound not working. Then to finish off, the hallway door outside my room would slam shut every time someone would use it waking you up due to the noise.
If it was not for the great staff, I would have checked out after the first night. Never have I been to such a disaster of a hotel. less

We are sorry to see that your stay here did not meet your expectations. The Internet Issue was not an actual issue though. The way most hotel WiFi are set up involves connecting to the network, and then manually entering the password on a seperate password page. Most laptops and tablets have to follow multiple steps to connect to hotel networks (as in public ones, and not private ones) and our actual hotel network is very good. We had it completely upgraded in 2018 to be 10x over the Best Western standards with massive bandwidth, high speeds, and redundant hotel coverage with the routers.
We have gone over the policy of turning on every TV in every room with our housekeeprs to ensure that we do not have other occurances like yours, and have tasked our maintenance team to do maintenance on the A/C units throughout the building to improve upon their working efficiency. Finally, we have replaced that computer chair, and I will have the maintenance team work on adjusting the door closer to make sure it doesn't disturb other guests.
We did our absolute best to correct any and all issues you brought to us, gave you a large discount to make up for the inconveniences you experienced during your stay, and even gave you a compimentary room upgrade to a King Suite for the remaining 3 nights of your 4 night stay.
Once again, we are sorry that our property did not meet your expectations, and I assure you that we are working on improving based upon this, and all other, reviews that we get.
