I've stayed here several times and encountered the same issue every time. The cleaning staff don't respect customer wishes. Let me clarify, when I say "wishes" I mean the little tag you hang on the door that states do not disturb. EVERY morning I am awaken by a loud knock on the door and someone yelling "housekeeping". Check out is at 11am. Why are you knocking on my door between 8am-9am?
The front desk crew needs to make them aware of who has checked out OR they need to simply follow the DND hangtag if a customer uses it. I've addressed my concerns and have yet to get a response from them.
