We were there for a tournament and the staff was rude to our parents and players. They double booked rooms. They were so concerned with their inspection that they belittled our players because they had Mudd on their cleats ( it was pouring rain). We will never go back to this hotel less

Thank you for choosing to stay at the Best Western Plus Dayton South and for taking the time to send your valuable review.
I would like first to apologize for not meeting your expectations and that you felt that way towards the hotel staff. I am sure that the staff approach to your team/players was misunderstood. Our duty is to make sure that all guests are enjoying they stay and that they all experience comfortable and safe accommodation. The hotel staff can not be rude to any guest, please rest assured that every staff member in the hotel works hard to provide superior service and to make guests feel at home. Your team/players were approached only when the staff and in particular Front Desk started to receive complaints from other guests that they can not sleep due to noise, slamming doors and running in hallways till late hours. The Front Desk had to refund money to guests who could not sleep. Then tried very politely to bring these concerns to the attention of parents so that they make control and issue instructions to players to take take care.No one from the hotel staff is allowed to address any guest in a rude or inappropriate way. For whatever happens, they are all trained to deal with respect to all our valued guests.
Hotel staff were mainly concerned for the safety of your team/players and other guests especially when some kids kept on playing with the elevators and they were not supervised by parents.
I would like you to make sure that the hotel did not mean and can not be rude with any guest. I am sure that the approach was misunderstood and i really hope that you will accept my apology for this misunderstanding and please rest assured that we will be always looking forward to welcoming you again.
