This hotel was an extremely good value for a last minute trip to Minnesota for my mother in law's funeral. The hotel is perfectly located for us to visit family in the area. We did not eat breakfast at the hotel during out 3 night stay, so I cannot comment on the variety and quality of their free breakfast. The lobby and rooms are very clean and the quality of the towels and bed clothes was good. The furniture in the rooms was a bit distressed and carpet worn and missing computer charging outlets at desk and bedside tables. Bathroom has been updated, but could use more electric outlets and exhaust fan. They have a small, but nice pool area and nice work out facility. The service we received at check in and check out was adequate, but not overly friendly. Because we were traveling during the week for a funeral we spent daytime hours at the hotel between engagements and were disappointed when the cable TV access was not available for more than six hours one day. Don't count on being able to pick up very much of anything to eat at the hotel beyond breakfast, the options available in the snack shop are limited. I would recommend this hotel if you're looking for a clean, low price hotel. less

We want to apologize for the issues you came across with the furniture/décor in the guest rooms. We are currently in the process of updating all of these items. We have some major changes on the way and will have a brand new, revamped hotel very soon.
We also want to apologize for the cable issues and the inconvenience it had caused you during your stay. We want to let you know that the cable issue has been resolved and had turned out to be a Comcast issue with our cable box, which had simply failed due to some faulty equipment. Comcast has since been out to install a brand new, top of the line HD cable box for us.
