I wish I could give 5 out of 5, but I want to write an honest review by taking everything that happened into consideration. The check-in was fast, the staff was friendly and parking was convenient. We got a room on the second floor across the elevator. The blankets had been pulled up very neatly and pillows were fluffed nicely. In a bathroom, I found a lot of short hair on the top of the toilet, and the mirror wasn't cleaned well, but taking late time into consideration we were ready to go to bed. First, we found that one bed had short hair (like dog hair). Then I opened to check another bed and found dark-colored stains on the bedsheet. The thought that we were offered to sleep in someone else sheets during Covid was disgusting. The front desk person gave us a key to another room that was generally clean, except for numerous stains on the box spring skirt. We fall asleep. Everything was quiet, I didn't hear any noises. In the morning, we got a prepacked breakfast in a bag, which was much better than we received in other locations this season. When we checked out, the hotel staff was nice and brought us an apology for the incident. less
