Birthday

Unexpected stay

Prices changed as evacuees showed up.

Thank you for your review. On behalf of our entire team, I would like to apologize for not exceeding your expectations. Your satisfaction is important to us and we will be using the feedback you gave us to implement improvements to ensure we offer a better experience for guests in the future. To address both issues, you had during your stay. I can assure you we were not extorting money from people. Rates can increase and decrease daily as all hotels do. Our base rate is $109.99, and it can fluctuate from there either up or down. When you tried to extend your room for 2 more nights and we were unable to do so, that was because someone had reserved that room in advance. We can not tell a guest that booked in advance that we can not honor their reservation due to another guest wanting to extend their current reservation. We understand the issue you were faced with and the stress you were under considering your circumstances. Luckily the guest that reserved the room you were in called to cancelled and we extended a courtesy cancellation and waived the cancellation fees so you would be able to stay the extra 2 nights you needed. I hope that you will consider staying with us again so that we can have another chance to provide you with a superior experience.
