Worst trip to MA. Doubt we will return.

Friendly staff

Poor management decision

Thank you for this information regarding your recent visit to our property. I'm sorry to hear that you were not able to enjoy your breakfast due to the temperature in the breakfast cafe. If you notify one of our staff, i'm more than certain we could've looked into adjusting the temperature in the room or assisting you in finding a more comfortable place to enjoy your meal. I would also like to apologize that you weren't able to access a physical copy of the USA Today. ALL of our newspapers are now online & accessible on our hotel's sign in page that appears when you first connect to the wifi. This gives our guest the opportunity to find any newspaper that they would prefer to read whether it is national or local and gives you the most complete & up to date information. We would love another chance to see you again the next time you're in the Chelmsford/Lowell area again so we may have the chance to provide you with a more superior experience.
