Wife and I checked for a 3 night stay during Valentines Day. The rooms have been remodeled but still have a quaint "70's" look. Our large room featured 2 queen size comfortable beds, a table with 2 chairs, a single sink and separate bath. Plenty of hot water for your shower, but shampoo and conditioner are on wall dispensers that can be difficult. The room was quiet and easy to sleep in. Wifi was great; but the TV was a problem. It has Direct TV but there were 30 seconds before the set would change channels. No channel surfing here!
The highlight by far was the breakfast of good sized waffles, scrambled eggs, bacon, fresh fruits, delicious Farmers Brothers coffee and more. I'd seen other reviews, praising Angel, the host for breakfast. I expected a large man with a bit of ink on his arms. Angel turns out to be a wonderful lady from the south. She has a knack for greeting and helping folks. A great way to start the day.
Nice access to the beach and an easy walk from your room to the Pier (about 3 miles round trip) Brand new Outlet Center right around the corner less

Thank you for the great review of our property. We agree that sometimes it can take up to 30 seconds to change channels when trying to surf with DirecTV. Although most of the time it does not take that long, when the weather is poor it can be challenging. The biggest reason for the change was to ensure all channels are HD and the wide variety DirecTV offers as compared to our local cable company who could not offer HD channels and had a limited amount of stations available. We are glad you enjoyed your stay and look forward to your next visit with us.
