Our company travels on business and will not stay here again! Gal at front desk has no knowledge of anything! She can answer phone that's it! She has no idea how to do anything beyond that! We had issues with our key cards every day not working and had to constantly go to front desk to get new cards and after working 10-11 hour physical jobs, we are tired and just want to be able to get into our rooms without having to constantly go to front desk! Booking reservations was a complete mess as well! We will not stay here again and we will not recommend this hotel! We have not had issues in other Best Western Hotels, just this one! less

I regret to hear you did have a fully exceptional experience with us here at the Best Western Carousel Inn & Suites. I can understand the frustrations that stem from not getting immediate gratification but our hotel staff work very hard and continue to improve their abilities to serve pleasant guests like you.
Suffice it to say, room key cards can deactivate from time to time based on certain conditions, such as keeping them near cell phones, credit cards, and virtually anything that emits even the tiniest static electricity can distort the magnetic strips on the room key cards. This is why we recommend that guests leave their keys in their vehicles prior to going out to the job site where machinery and equipment are in use.
