Thank you for choosing us to stay with. I see that you were with us for multiple nights, so i am assuming that the ant problem was on your last night with us. The hotel is located in a somewhat rural area, we are next door to two empty lots, that use to be alfalfa fields. So we do fight with ants and other insects. We do have this building sprayed for bugs once a month, we do a preprimiter spray and we also spray so many rooms a month, along with the public spaces. We do find if a guest rooms has a lot of food in the room, it really attracts the ants. they seem to have excellent smell. they can find a cookie on the third floor. We realize that this is not a guest problem, people can have food in their rooms, when i travel myself i keep food in my room, but there are times it just really attracts the ants, and we have taken every precaution we can to deal with the critters. We can come up to the room and spray along the outside wall to get rid of them, and then we call the spray people back to do a special outside spray of that area. So we are sorry that you encountered this problem with us. It is a problem with all the businesses in this area, it is not just our building.
