Hello Mr. Arsenovic, I can't apologize enough for how you felt treated during your stay. No one should be made to feel that way. We generally have a very welcoming approach with our guests and we get loads of reviews that reflect this. Our Front Desk Manager is a part of this praise and has been working here for over 10 years. I'm not sure where the disconnect was between him and you as guests but once again I can't apologize enough. As to the over charging, you did come back to the hotel and I spoke to you directly. You were not overcharged. I can attest to that 100%. I believe I was polite, respectful and helpful in answering all your questions. I did look over your receipt and tried my very best to convey the knowledge to you. We do understand why you have chosen not to come back to our hotel, however we do hope you will consider other Best Westerns in the future. I love this company and I hope this one experience does not deter you. Thank you,

We're so very sorry that we didn't do enough to keep you safe. I can tell you we have a sanitizer coming for our front desk and are just waiting for it to arrive. As to our breakfast we are looking into the best way possible we can manage the service and will be implementing our new plan in the next week. You and other guests have been heard and we are changing things as soon as we can. Thank you, Front Desk
