I was disappointed with my stay, the room was not what I expected an executive suite to be, the bed was not a king size, it was quite compact and it wasn't till later in the evening that I realised I was given the standard room. The meal at the restaurant was very nice and steak cooked perfectly to how I requested, however, it did take a long while for drinks to arrive and were not cold. The mini bar items are not having use by dates checked by staff, I had started eating a cherry ripe that was out of date and had to throw it away, the drinks were almost out of date and the Pringles were all crumbled to a cornflake consistency in the container. When I requested room service the staff member on the line was reluctant to send over a couple of drinks in the evening at a reasonable hour on a Friday night, despite 24 hour room service availability and security staff outside. The shower, basin and toilet were very clean, however the bathroom floors were clearly not being cleaned around the edges. The bed was comfortable, it was quiet despite the busy highway location with practical parking and I enjoyed the sound of the water feature and the pleasant surroundings. I requested late checkout of 11am with the cleaning staff opening the door and walking in at 10am without waiting to hear if someone was in the room, I was not completely dressed!! I was going to give a score of 2, but the restaurant, the surroundings, the pleasant staff bumped it to a 3, I couldn't give a 4 in good conscience, sorry guys, would not stay again. less

I'm sorry to hear you were not happy with the size of the bed in your room, if you would like a bigger sized bed, I would suggest booking our Spa Suite as they are King size beds. We also have the option for a queen bed or king bed in our executive rooms and we are happy to take requests. We encourage our guests to contact reception if there is anything we can do to make your stay more comfortable.
Unfortunately, our liquor license does not allow us to serve alcohol past a certain time depending on the day. However we understand that our guests still may want a refreshment which is why we offer the minibar items.
Thank you for bringing all of these issues to our attention as we can now focus on these and inform the relevant departments at the hotel.
