What's not to love about this hotel? If you love a stuffy, poorly decorated room, no AC, no mini bar or water in the room ( unforgivable in a modern hotel) then this is the place for you. Cannot wait for the unbearable nights sleep ahead and the no doubt delicious and all forgiving banquet of a breakfast tomorrow. less

I am sorry to have to read this review on this forum, rather than discussing with yourself. You have reviewed our hotel, without actually staying the night.
For the benefit of future guests, that may see this review, I will respond to your comments.
Unfortunately as the hotel is a listed building, we are unable to make alterations to the building, such as air-conditioning. We can understand frustrations that may arise due to this, however when informed of a guest’s discomfort we are only too happy to help.
We do not have mini bars in our rooms, as with a 24 service available to all guests, we are available to provide drink service to your room.
As you have not mentioned to any team member in the hotel, we can only surmise that you did enjoy your nights rest, as we have not heard to the contrary. We have a policy in place at the hotel, that should a guest feel that there room is not to their liking, subject to availability, we are happy to move rooms.
Our breakfast is one of the highlights of many a review on this forum, and once again, as nothing has been brought to our teams attention over the weekend, we can only assume that you have enjoyed your meals.
Whilst we do accept feedback, whether positive or negative, it is a little disheartening for the team, that you have reviewed the hotel without actually giving it a chance.
