I spent the weekend with friends to go wine tasting. The location is great - just outside downtown shops and restaurants. The facilities were so-so. The walls are quite thin and we could here the guests staying in the room next to us so I'm sure they could hear us as well. Also, the night before we left, the water became very salty and continued through the following day. Up until then I had been drinking the water from the tap. Very odd! less

We are sorry that you found your stay and facilities so-so. Being 56 years young, we are quite proud of how we keep up our facilities. I am sorry that you were able to hear other guests. Today's engineering and building materials lend itself to quieter hotels and with each remodel we look for ways to improve upon what we have to work with.
Paso Robles has very hard water and we use a water softening system. It may have just been right after a regeneration that caused the taste to be different than previously during your stay. This was turned in to the maintenance department as discussed at check out and the units were functioning properly. We apologize for this inconvenience and experience and appreciate you bringing it to our attention in case there was a malfunction, so that we could take care of it.
We hope to see you again, but know that you would be in great hands at any one of our wonderful hotels in Paso Robles.
