I missed my connecting flight, so myself and the whole plane of passengers were given a night at this hotel. The shuttle is small and couldn't accommodate many people, so I decided to let the elderly go on and take an Uber. When I arrived at hotel (around 1am) the lobby was filled with people waiting in line. I asked what the issue was and they said the printer wasn't working so they wouldn't give anyone their room. After standing there for another 30 mins or so while the employee talked to someone on phone in hopes of getting their printer to work, someone in line offered (again) to help (he is an IT guy and said it's what he doesn't for a living). The employee rudely denied his offer of help and they continued to mess with it for another 20-30 mins while even more passengers were filling the lobby (at least 40+ people standing around). When they finally got it working, they slowly started checking us in. By now it was after 2am. I was finally given a key and sent up to my room knowing I had three hours to sleep before I had to leave on an early morning flight. I went up to the floor I was given and the hallway was quiet and nobody around. Walked to my room only to find the door slightly open and dark. Being a lady with some self defense training, I decided to forgo running down to lobby only to wait behind the other 30+ passengers still in line. So I went ahead and checked the room to be sure it was secure. The chair was pulled out from desk as if someone was watching television (maybe maintenance guy) but otherwise it seemed ok. I locked up and prepped to drop into bed. I pulled out blankets to see small hairs on the sheet- ugh! I checked other bed and it seemed ok, so I crawled in for the night. I didn't get much sleep, but was able to rest for another 2 hours. Needless to say, I would never recommend this location to anyone. less

First and foremost, i would like to apologize for the extremely long check in process. I definitely understand how frustrating it must have been to go through this experience. I would like to speak with you over the phone, can you please contact the hotel and ask for the General Manager.
