My boyfriend and I stayed here while attending a wedding over Easter weekend in Atlanta. When we first entered the room, it smelled like stale smoke, and we noticed there’s a shared door to the apartment next to us. The neighbors had kids that were up and yelling well into the night around 11pm. The noise was especially loud as we had a shared door and we can hear pretty much everything that was going on in the other hotel room! We called the front desk to ask if there were any quiet hours and was told that there were “no quiet hour policies in place”. We then asked if we can be switched to a quieter room and was told that the “hotel was full”. We the kindly asked if the front desk would call the other room to ask them to be a bit quieter— im not sure they did (because we can literally hear everything and we didn’t hear any phone rings). Fast forward 1 hr later, we still hear her kids screaming, and some adults yelling. We tried calling the front desk again and this time, despite waiting for 5 minutes, nobody picked up. We eventually fell asleep due to exhaustion from traveling the whole day and leaving the TV on for background noise around 2am. Other than the noise, good luck trying to get to the front desk receptionist during the day, hot water for the sink, and don’t be surprised when 3 police cruisers are parked outside the hotel (happened during the 2nd day of our stay). less

I am extremely disheartened to hear of how your noise complaint was handled and I have already addressed the Front Desk staff regarding following the protocols currently in place. I do hope you will return and provide us the opportunity to redeem ourselves.
