We've stayed at this facility several times over the past few years, and have always been treated very well. We did have a bit of a problem with the reservation this time, even though we had made the reservation over a month in advance. Because of my wife's handicaps, we must have - and were assured of - a room with a roll-in shower, and the reservation was for 8 nights. However, when we got there, we were told that the only such room at Arlington North was not available for our entire stay! Someone else had reserved it for the last 4 nights of our stay. (Don't know how much in advance they made their reservation.) The man at the desk (whose name I didn't write down) tried to reach the other guest, to see if they really needed the roll-in shower, but was unable to that evening. So, he placed us in the room for the first 4 nights, and would try to reach the other guest the next day. As it turned out, that employee wasn't there again for our entire stay. However, when the 4 nights were about to expire, I talked to the two ladies on duty, Teboni and Tania, and they pitched right in to help us. They were finally able to reach the other guest, and found out that they were not interested in the roll-in shower, but only the two queen-sized beds, and they accommodated them in another room! Problem solved, thanks to 2 diligent ladies at the front desk!! Thanks, Teboni and Tania! less
