I travel for business, so I have had the opportunity of staying at different hotel brands and properties all over the US. Of course, due to my travel, I achieve status levels quickly.
Recently, I had to stay locally at a hotel with my family due to an A/C failure in our home. I utilized my accumulated points and we stayed at several different brands. Those brands, Best Western of course, Marriott, and Hilton.
We actually stayed at two different Best Western properties. Out of all the other hotels, we had the best experience at your Best Western Property! The hotel was absolutely SPOTLESS!! The room was very clean, comfortable, and the AC unit worked better than brand new!! Most important, the customer service we received from all of the staff members we interacted with, was excellent! Smiles, friendly voices, and very helpful. Their mood and friendliness was a direct reflection of how they are treated as employees.
One staff member in specific went above and beyond. She was wonderful! She was so nice, helpful, and friendly. Of all the years my family and I have been traveling, she did something that no other hotel employee has done. She spoke to my youngest son directly, smiled, and asked if he would like a snack. She gave him a free snack of his choice. I was completely caught off guard, totally unexpected! THAT is what true customer service and first impressions are all about. It’s the little things, a smile, acknowledgment of the last person waiting in line at the front desk, that don’t necessarily cost anything that mean the most. The little things that make the biggest impact. We will never forget our experience at your Best Western less
