The luggage stand, which you unfold to put your luggage, was broken, and my luggage fell on the floor. The heating system was not easy to figure out: it is controlled the knob next to the radiator, not by the thermostat. You need to get accustomed to the way the rooms are numbered, as it was not obvious to figure out that my room number 3524 was on the fifth floor. Anyone with a minimum intelligence assumes that it is on the third floor, or the 35th floor, but no. At this hotel, it is on the fifth floor! The number of TV programs was quite limited. The hotel boast a free shuttle every half hour. Unfortunately, I did not catch the 9:00 am shuttle, which had left three minutes before 9:00. As a consequence, this cost me a lot of concern to miss my flight, and of course, the ride with a hotel coach was not free, as I felt I should give a generous tip to the driver. The check in and check out were long, time consuming processes. It took a good five minutes for the agent to print a simple receipt. As for the food, the dinner was below average (direct from the local industrial food factory) yet priced as if it came from a kitchen. The main course took a long time to come. I guess the microwave oven didn't work too well. The dessert took even even longer to come from . . . The kitchen? The breakfast was just average, nothing much, limited choices.
In short, I suggest that you change the name of your hotel from Best Western Plus to Best Western Minus.
