The lady on reception and all the staff (including those in the bar and at breakfast) were really helpful and provided great service. The views from the hotel were fabulous. The room we had was lovely and very clean. The breakfast was good and catered for my gluten free wife.
However could not check in at 2:00pm as planned (we were leaving at 2:15) because hotel had been full night before, there was a function on in the evening, which was noisy and our room was too near (hotel was full so no chance to move) and in the morning there was no hot water initially (the hotel had been having boiler problems for days and hadn't spotted it had gone again). But we would stay again good value and the staff made up for the slight niggles. less
