Our exterminator was contacted immediately after you notified our front desk. Our housekeeping staff will be spoken to directly to ensure that kind of behavior never happens again, thank you for making us aware of it, We take cleanliness very seriously, and I deeply regret that we did not meet your expectations in this area.
