The hotel is clean and centrally located near the old town. Check-in was smooth and so was checkout. I had a very unpleasant experience with the room. During the booking I asked for a quiet room. What I got was a room on the 3rd floor on top of the entrance to the conference and party facilities. There was a wedding for 300 people and guests were talking loud and smoking non-stop outside. I couldn't close the window as there is no airco in the room and it was hot outside. The party and loud music lasted until 2 am. I contacted reception but received no help, just "we hope it will be quiet after 30 min...". I believe I should have been warned upon check-in. This hotel does*t care about their guests; obviously the income from party room rental outweighs usual guests. In addition my car was damaged by some somebody in the parking garage. I have no doubt from where these people came from. less

Dear Peep Uuekula,
thank you for completing the survey regarding your recent stay at our property.
On behalf of our entire team, I would like to apologize for not exceeding your expectations. Your satisfaction is important to us and we will be using the feedback you gave us to implement improvements to ensure we offer a better experience for guests in the future.
Usually turkish weddings end at about midnight - so this was a real exception and guests had been asked to be calm in front of the congress centre. But in this special case they ignored our demands concerning this. I will train our night audits to keep a close eye on these issues and try to help our guest in a better way.
Regarding the damage of your car, we inform every guest within check in, that this is a public garage. So for any incident, the responsibility is on the side of the owner, which is the City of Weingarten. The police was informed accordingly and is on the way to find out, who is responsible for the damages.
If this is helpful to you I will check, if there is any progress and inform you.
I am really sorry, that you could not enjoy your stay and send my deep excuses to you.
Best regards
Sybille Klumpp
