Dear William I am sorry for the confusion on not being able to use your BW Card and get a discount. If you book thru a third party, we are not able to give additional discounts to that rate, however you do receive points for your stay. Never Again

Dear Guest I was present at your check in and we advised you we would allow your pet to stay even though is was clearly over 80lbs., but we allowed you to stay, even after your dog jumped up on our counter and had its nose in our cookies for our guests. What was amazing is you let your dog do this a second time. We do have other guest to consider when we allow a pet to stay at the Hotel. We are truly pet friendly but we do have guidelines and expect owners to control their pets while in the hotel. There was an issue with your room overflowing the tub as it created an issue with water coming into the room below you. We have not encounter any such issue previously this is why front Desk came and knocked on your door as it was flooding the room below creating an issue for that guest. As for housekeeping letting you in the room this is definitely not a procedure in any Hotel, however she did this for you because of how loud you were being in the hallway and was trying to prevent more disturbance. As you can see from most reviews we have a fantastic staff here at the property, the go above and beyond for all guests.. Unfortunate underlying issues did not allow you to have a good stay.

Good Stay

If in Parker, consider here a good stop. No elevator for second floor. However, front desk staff actually helped carry up bags! This was a first, and so friendly. Very clean, new facility, very quiet.... more

Work
