Dear Value Guest On this particular day our Hotel was sold out, you had BW Corp call the Hotel and verified that we in fact were sold out, and not sure why this complaint was filed. I am sorry that we could not give you the room that was reserved for a guest just not checked in yet. BW also tried to explain this to you. My front desk is the one who spoke to you, as I was not available at this time, you took our card and called CORP. Again, I am very sorry we could not accommodate you during this unfortunate time, but there was absolutely nothing we could do in this case. As you can see from reviews, we go above and beyond for all guest at our property. Regards Laura
