Better than Hampton Inn!

Fantastic

Absolutely love the staff, especially Laura! 5 stars in my book! Such a great stay, had a great vacation! All though the breakfast was closed Laura made us yummy breakfast to go! Definitely recommend ... more

Charged for an extra room. Horrible!

We got charged for a room we did not reserve and the desk person and the manager we very rude. They said we made a reservation and then didn't cancel it and didn't show up. We did not make a reservat... more

Dear Douglas, Once again my apologies for having to charge you for a room that you directly booked with my Front Desk Staff, during your first stay here. In this timeframe we are a very busy Hotel, if you would have called to cancel this reservation we would have gladly done this for you and we more than likely would have been able to sell the room. We do not keep credit cards on file, in order to make a reservation you must present your cc or verbally authorize us with the number you provide. BW Corp also tried to explain this to you as well, when you call them, we simply did nothing wrong is charging your card for a no show reservation, failure to cancel. Regards, Laura Logan

Dear William I am sorry for the confusion on not being able to use your BW Card and get a discount. If you book thru a third party, we are not able to give additional discounts to that rate, however you do receive points for your stay.
