We got charged for a room we did not reserve and the desk person and the manager we very rude. They said we made a reservation and then didn't cancel it and didn't show up. We did not make a reservation. So once they have your credit card information they can do anything they want! When we stayed there, I think someone came down and made a reservation for the 15 of January but it wasn't us. But they charged us anyway. We will never stay there again. We have never had a dispute with a hotel before and we always stay at Best Western motels but this left a bad taste in our mouths. Very rude. less

Once again my apologies for having to charge you for a room that you directly booked with my Front Desk Staff, during your first stay here. In this timeframe we are a very busy Hotel, if you would have called to cancel this reservation we would have gladly done this for you and we more than likely would have been able to sell the room.
We do not keep credit cards on file, in order to make a reservation you must present your cc or verbally authorize us with the number you provide. BW Corp also tried to explain this to you as well, when you call them, we simply did nothing wrong is charging your card for a no show reservation, failure to cancel.
