We asked for a quiet room when making reservation, and we brought it up again when checking in. We were told "no problem ... that the rooms facing center were all very quiet". Our room on first floor facing center was very very noisy from 10pm to 3am and then again starting up at 6:30am. We got 3 1/2 hours of sleep at best. The sounds from hallways and stairwells echoed like crazy in front of our room, and people were coming back to their rooms boisterous and talking loudly until 3am. The people upstairs sounded like they were going to come through the ceiling simply by walking ... did I really need to know the number of times they got up to use the bathroom in the middle of the night? When I brought it up to front desk, the response was a canned smile and an "I'm sorry we can't move you". I will never be back. Also, the lobby had construction going on, and we were given a "grab and go breakfast". This consisted of a bottle of water, a packaged cheese danish full of transfats and other chemicals, a tiny carton of OJ, and a granola bar - no thank you! less
