The moment my taxi reached I was greeted by the bell boy, assisted me with my bags and security at the door welcomed me, BUT the moment I approached the front desk the male staff with a bandage on his left face was so rude, I know my check in is at 2pm but the way he spoke to me is not at all professional he says to me " we are fully booked, since yesterday, the guest are still in the rooms, you can leave your bags and go out and come back at 2pm.....how rude!!! Instead he should have told "sir as ur check-in is at 2pm we will try to have your room ready at the earliest mean time pls have a seat in the lounge restaurant and perhaps you can order FnB". This is the right way, not telling your guest go out and come back at 2pm. I was actually hungry and I could have ordered rather I went out to eat.....so u lost FnB revenue from a potential guest.
Rooms: The room that was allocated was 1710. Had booked the rooms via Hotels.com.The room is spacious, the bed makes cracking noise so that was not comfortable to sleep in. The TV did not work in the beginning had to call front desk to sort it out. AC had a big issue was for some reason on timer so it would just stop working. Toilets were ok need to improve on cleanliness. Room has a safe, mini bar, Kettle and complimentary coffee and water. The furniture is all outdated.
Breakfast: Buffet b.fast had good choices of food items. It also features a egg to order section. Attentive and friendly staff and service was good, for a change.
Location: The hotel is located in the famous P.Burgos Street famous for its night life with plenty of restaurants, bars and nightclubs it's famously known as the Red light district of Makati, about 20 to 30mins from NAIA Terminal 3 and the yellow metered taxis at the airport cost you approx PHP 200. Grab Taxi will fetch you around PHP 350. But please don't let the hotel book or call for any taxis for you, got ripped off by a taxis that was called in by the hotel and that guy charged be PHP 800 even on a meter....bloody mafias.
Except for the location and room rate I don't recommend this hotel, next time I rather stay in hotels with slightly higher rate and good service.

Thank you very much for the time you spent in sharing your feedback to us. On behalf of our entire staff, I would like to apologize for the action made by our associate at the desk as this is not our standard in welcoming our guests. This was discussed to the concern department head and proper corrective action has been taken so that this will not happen again. This is also same with your room concern as housekeeping supervisors check room thoroughly prior to releasing.
We appreciate your good commendation to our FnB staff as well as our convenient location. I personally would like to regain your confidence and hope that there will be other opportunities to be of service to you again and provide you with a superior service you deserve. Should you need further assistance in the future, please do not hesitate to contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org
