Firstly, the first room we were given, (the executive suite room number 335) some bugs were in it. One was dead in plain sight on top of the windowsill by the air conditioner. An indication to me that the room was not inspected prior to my arrival. The second was crawling on my bed when we woke up in the morning. Unacceptable at any price. I was not offered an arrival package all bonus point prompt like I usually get at other locations. The first woman who I met at the desk on arrival showed some interest. Others did not. When the Internet was not working I inquired at the desk and a blonde hair woman hands me a sheet of paper with a phone number to call to complain. This company offered free WiFi with the purchase of a room and then it becomes my responsibility to get it working properly? I think not. Certainly not the norm at the dozens of other Best Western locations I have stayed in the past. At the breakfast buffet on Saturday the waitress was obviously not feeling well and coughed constantly. At one point I saw her carrying a tray of food to the table with both hands and coughing at the same time. Completely unacceptable and a statement to the management, all lack of you have at this location. less

You were offered and given bonus points for your stay. We mention this at check in. I'm sorry you were having trouble connecting to wifi. This was an isolated problem, we did have wifi operating and no other complaints. We would ask you to call the help line if there is a problem connecting a specific device and not our wifi system problem.
Because we value your business, we did provide you with a substantial discount as you recall. We hope this compensation somehow makes up for the issues.
