Hotel is lovely and has amazing features . We stayed in room 104 and the room was lovely but the view was terrible , looking at a roof with big fans on it . I visited here for a special occasion with my husband and a relax. We was met by a wedding party in the lobby and couldnt really move about as we liked , it was busy and noisy . Staff were friendly on reception and waiting on at dinner but bar staff where very young and inexperienced and lacked personality. We had to wait 30 mins for a sandwich because the wedding party were being served their meal . the wine list was out of date and didnt have what we chose , service was slow and the wedding party was next to the dining room and was loud throughout our meal as they was walking through to the hotel bar , in which we was getting charged different prices for the same drinks !. I asked for a coffee in the morning to be told coffee machine takes 20 mins to warm up so that was out of the question! I felt like the wedding took priority over other hotel guests , our money is just as good as anyones and i feel i should have been told there is a wedding on. After reading through reviews from June these problems have not been fixed and i was disappointed after paying for dinner bed and breakfast and expecting a perfect stay in which it was not. Reluctant to stay here in the future. less

You are absolutely right in saying your money is as good as any other customers and I am sorry that you and your husband were made to feel otherwise. Customer service is very important to me and it concerns me deeply that you were not satisfied with your stay and I will address the issues you have raised with great urgency.
