Yes, the family room was massive. Two singles for the kids - the first time we've ever had this, and plenty of floor space. The minor downsides were: a terrible smell from the sink (which is in the room), and no independent toilet/shower light so if you need the loo in the night, you need a room light on too. With the sink smell: we stayed when it was warm so the windows were all open which helped but if the windows were closed it would have been awful. We reported it as we left. As the hotel is right next t the M1 there is some road noise, but equally, the price , I felt, reflected this. Staff were very polite. Some of my family were put in the disabled access room, but you have to pass through several fire doors to get there, so I felt it wasn't very accessible. less

Thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback regarding your recent stay with us.
I am pleased to read that the room was a great size for your stay.
In regards to the smell from the sink I will ensure this is looked into straight away. I apologise for any inconvenience this caused as this does not live up to our usual high standards of service.
The bathroom layout is something we are looking into changing in the future.
I will pass on your comments regarding the disabled room as we use all feedback productively.
We hope you will stay with us again when you are next in the area.
