I was staying at this hotel last evening and the check in by Caitlin went great. Very good at customer service. I went to my room and got a good nights sleep till 7:16am when housekeeping (Denise) came knocking to check the room for occupants. I answered the door and she just walked away saying 1rst check. I said , thank you for waking me up. She rudely replied your welcome and walked away laughing.. I tried to get the general managers on the phone or at least an email to no avail. I went back to my room and when we were confronted by the housekeeper (Denise) again and I explained how inconsiderate this type of behavior was when she went on to say it’s as easy as putting a do not disturb sign on your door. I have stayed at many best westerns and have never been so, insulted by someone at a best western. Denise was rude made me and my lady feel real uncomfortable and we checked out early even though my stay was not to be done till noon. If you visit this Best Western watch out for the most rude person in Utah. I still want to talk to the general manager and explain what happened and at least tell them how things go at this hotel while he is a way. I got dirty looks from other housekeepers and the front desk dude seemed very fearful of this lady you have working for you. I won’t let this go till someone contacts me and resolves this matter however they wish to do it. An apology is all I want. Because no one deserves to be treated like this ever anywhere. less
