The hotel itself was not too shabby, however at check in when you give a hotel your credit card for incidentals, you should be able to trust them right?!?! DON'T TRUST THIS HOTEL! I stayed there with a friend this past weekend, When we left I noticed a charge for $270 on my card, from the best western. When I called I spoke to a clerk who informed me that I had been accused of smoking in the room, when I don't even smoke!! I asked to speak to a manager about it he said that I would have to call back the next day because there was no manager there until then.. annoying. So today I woke up and called to speak to Wendy, the manager, who was not only unfriendly, but super unhelpful! She told me because the housekeeper says he smelled smoke that the charge would remain standing, and seemed extremely unwilling to help me out.. I go on a lot of vacations and nothing like this has EVER happened to me before, I'll definitely NEVER STAY AT BEST WESTERN AGAIN!!! less

At check in the guest initials on the registration folio that they understand our property is 100% smoke free. $250.00 (+tax) will be billed to the room for smoking in the room. Police will be notified if illegal drug use is present in room.
Upon checkout, several hotel employees indicated that they could smell that marijuana had been smoked in this room. Evidence of marijuana use was clearly visible on the table in this room after you checked out.
