Went to this hotel using hard earned money to stay at a close location due to an annual conference. I’m a college student so the money was hard to get. There were many students my age running around making noise. But, I thought it was normal. On my second night, before getting ready to leave my hotel room. I received numerous noise complaints to my room. When we were simply having a conversation. At one point in the night a staff member came to my room to tell us to quiet down. Keep in mind people were literally screaming and running outside in the halls. Before going out I went to the manager on duty. Not sure if his name but he was an Indian man with glasses in about his late 50s. I asked him politely why we kept getting noise complaints and explained to him that we were simply having a conversation. He then told me “then don’t have a conversation, next time I will call the police”. I just think that’s extremely rude for someone to tell me not to have a conversation in the room I’m paying money for. The only reason for the 3 stars is because during check in the general manager and the staff before that Indian man were excellent! I just think if you bring your stress to work it’s going to put a bad name on the whole establishment. less
