Stayed at this hotel when dropping off daughter to college. Drove in around 1-2AM, was given room key and went straight to sleep. Next day, OMG, I was given the filthiest room!!! The phone was ripped from the wall, there was something sprayed in the walls behind the lamps and next to the beds.
The restroom had a red liquid sprayed on restroom door and part of the wall. Then the bath tub started to clog and there were still 3 people needing to shower. The toiletries are just awful, towels were stained and old. I was FURIOUS, went downstairs and requested another room. The manager asked why, I explained and she gave us a decent room. Breakfast was mediocre, the staff walks behind you to see what you get, they EXPECT a tip and make it known. All-in-all, I do NOT recommend this place. There are unsavory characters that walk around to peek through windows, the place is not indoors, it is not family friend on my opinion.
As others have mentioned, is a good place to spend a night but even the beds are not comfortable and bedding is old. less

I think you have our hotel mistaken. We do not have phones attached to the walls. Our toiletries are Pantene products which are Best Western required. On top of that, our hotel has undergone a multi million dollar renovation including our bedding. We are triple sheeted, so we do not have bedding such as duvets.
Please check again if you have the right hotel. We would be glad to show you around our hotel to show you what we have to offer.
